The Maison ready-to-wear collection has been a rewarding journey of research, in which Matthan developed his innovative approach to contemporary design and pattern making. Simplesso, Maison Matthan Gori's breakthrough pattern-making approach, was chosen by the ADI as a finalist for the XXII Golden Compass Young Designer Award and displayed at the MACRO Museum, Rome's Museum of Contemporary Arts. Through Simplesso, Matthan Gori reduces its use of natural resources in the production of its creations, envisioning an ethical, sustainable yet elegant future for fashion. Garments that are fashioned environmentally consciously with the finest fabrics, natural fibers and high-end sewing. All Matthan Gori products are made in Italy from Italian fabrics.
